What to Expect When You Visit

Our worship services attempt to present worship to God in Spirit and Truth as Jesus said would happen in John 4:23.

The most important difference you may notice is more participation by the individual. There is no "Clergy" and "Laity" as in some Denominational groups.

Some features you will notice are:

Bible Classes -- In Bible Class there is active discussion, Scripture Reading and Prayer. The student is encouraged to study and participate to get the most out of the class.

Worship Service -- In the corporate service the congregation is encouraged to sing praises to God under the direction of a singing director. The singing is Acapella as the early Church sang in the first Century.

The Lord's Supper -- Communion is taken weekly according to the example of the early days of the Church. This is served by men taken from the general congregation. Communion is between you and your Lord and is open to all who feel worthy to participate.

Prayer is led by men who speak from their hearts and allows the congregation to approach God corporately.

The sermon is a period of instruction presented by the evangelist as a time of learning.

Contribution -- Weekly, as per the example of Paul in I Corinthians, the membership contributes funds to maintain the working of the congregation. Vistors are encouraged not to give, but to place a card in the plate telling us of your attendance. The Contribution is for members only.

Above all else what you will find are friendly people who are genuinely glad to see you. This Congregation is ready and willing to welcome you into our Church Family.

Why Not Come and See For Yourself?
